Incline Dumbbell Press
Minute To Win It: max reps for incline dumbbell press (20# for women, 40# for men.) Same incline required of all athletes. If judge determines correct depth is not being hit, it will be considered a no rep. Athlete must complete each rep with almost full extension at the top, no bullshit half reps. If athlete has not completed full range of motion for last rep of the minute, rep does not count. Athlete is allowed to take breaks as needed.
