- 10 push ups
- 15 bodyweight squats
Athletes chin is required to be above bar for chin-ups, athletes heels are required to be a prescribed line for TRX rows, pushups can be from knees or fully extended but must hit certain depth to qualify, squats must have hip crease parallel to knee.
