Welcome to NOEX POWER (PWR). For 8 weeks, we will focus on lower body strength, speed, power, mobility and overall endurance with a touch of core tacked on to the end of each workout. The next 8 weeks will pair perfectly for those participating in the Monument 10k training team as this program is geared toward runners but any athlete will benefit from the cycle. Expect to run during each session with a maximum of 2 miles held on Week 4 and Week 8.
This program will be held as a private Small Group Training session - only 3 spots available. You will be instructed through proper warm up, mobility, a singular lift each session before we move into circuits of power through speed and endurance training before ending with rotational core movements. Starting at your own personal baseline, workouts will gradually increase in intensity and effort through the 8 weeks.
You have the option to join 1x/week (@ $55/session) or 2x/week (@ $45/session). Please select the day of week that works best for you as there will be no switching due to a full group. Those who select 1x/week will be given the workout assignment for the other weekly session. It is very imperative to complete the workout on your own to stay up to speed with the progression of this 8 week training cycle.
Designated group will meet on their day(s) beginning Feb. 7th through April 6th. Training Group will NOT meet the week of March 7th for rest & recovery/deload week.
